If you’re a new client, booking an initial consultation is easy. Go to our booking page, choose the date and time that works best for you. After that, we’ll send an email confirmation with a calendar invite and video call details. We’ll also send you a reminder the day before.

After you book, we’ll send an email confirmation with a calendar invite. We will then send you more information about our practice policies and a confidentiality agreement, as well as a secure questionnaire where you can share some more details about you and what you’re struggling with.

By law, we are required to keep your personal healthcare information confidential as mental health practitioners. We will never disclose any confidential information that you share with us. For more details on how we use and share your data, see our privacy policy.

Life happens. Things change. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you don’t cancel or reschedule within this time we won’t be able to refund your booking fee. The confirmation email we sent at the time of booking has links to cancel and reschedule.

We offer consulting services to governments, NGO’s and International organisations in the area of policy development, community interventions and workshop facilitation on varying subjects. Much of the consulting work we’ve done so far has involved working with youth at risk and their families. Our clients include UNDP, the Children’s Authority of Trinidad & Tobago, and the Children’s Court of Trinidad & Tobago.
